What areas do you serve in Uttar Pradesh?+
We are headquartered in Ghaziabad and primarily serve the NCR-UP belt including Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Hapur, and Meerut. For large projects we operate pan-UP.
Do you provide a construction warranty?+
Yes. We provide a 10-year structural warranty on RCC work and a 1-year defect liability period on all finishing works including plastering, waterproofing, and tiling.
What materials do you use for construction?+
We use only IS-certified materials — JSW/TATA TMT Fe-500D steel, UltraTech/ACC 53-grade OPC cement, AAC blocks, and Pidilite Dr. Fixit waterproofing. All invoices shared on request.
How is the payment structure organized?+
Our payments are milestone-linked: 15% on agreement, followed by stage-wise releases at foundation, slab casting, brickwork, plastering, and finishing. Final 5% on possession.
How long does a typical residential project take?+
A typical 2,000–3,000 sq.ft. home takes 10–14 months from foundation to possession. We publish a detailed project schedule at the agreement stage and maintain it rigorously.
Do you provide architectural and structural design services?+
Yes. Our in-house team creates custom designs, handles building plan approvals, RERA registration, and all municipal NOCs as part of our full-service offering.
